We added a new class to make a space to shake your hips and build in some fun cardio with DanceFit ReMIX Trainer, Liz Scroggins, Diana Lopez and Lyra Estrada, Zumba trainers!
Come get fit and toned while reliving some of the 80s and 90s dance moves. We will be incorporating some Hip-Hop, Latin (Zumba), Bollywood dances along with some aerobics and yoga moves. Participants need to wear normal workout clothes/tennis shoes and bring a water bottle and towel. The dance moves are designed to enhance flexibility with high and low-intensity intervals making this an excellent cardio workout, dance class and lots of fun!
