Yoga & Meditation

For the beginner to advanced level of yoga practice, enjoy a 60-minute vinyasastyle practice in a non-heated room to music. Focused on poses and alignment, breathing technique and fun, you will experience yoga modifications, assists and new poses each week. Practices can be based on increasing range of motion, flexibility, and strength all with breath work and at your pace. Set in a smaller group setting for beginners and restarters, we work on basic posture alignment and other physical therapy-based exercises. The focus here is on self-care, awareness and the connection between yoga and lifelong physical and mental wellness.
