Welcome to a beginner chair yoga class, where we’ll seamlessly blend gentle postures, strengthening exercises, and restorative movements, all within the comfort of your chair.
In this 45-minute session, you’ll experience the benefits of mindful meditation as we guide you through a journey of rejuvenation for both body and mind.
We will also incorporate restorative floor work, including use of blocks and straps for modification.
