The end of the year has come and I am adding honey to my list of great food substitutes for sugar. Plus, it’s antibiotic and cholesterol lowering powers are enticing enough to call it the “bees knees” of sweeteners. I’ve got my toast with honey and cinnamon. Pouring honey in the coffee instead of sugar. Hope I get stuck on this solution for better health.
