It’s summer and I guess we aim to spend more time relaxing, but what I have noticed every summer is more sitting / laying around and … looking at devices, computers, TVs, etc. Yes, have fun and stare more at screens.
Instead, we need to be running (literally, away from the task of our phones) free like unleashed beasts to beaches to swim in. No, instead surfing from the couch, playing volley between apps, and swiping – so much swiping.
Ever take a video of yourself and notice how poor your posture is or is becoming, how much you stand or sit crouched over?
