Smaller group setting for beginners and restarters. Yoga and meditation practice based on increasing range of motion, flexibility and strength with breath work. Modifications and assists for you to grow within. Softer floors, not a studio. Summer Camp starts Wednesdays May 29 – Sept 4. 15 classes with an option to do a 7-classes pass.
