NEW! Online Chair Yoga Classes

Are you interested in yoga but may have a hard time practicing some of the traditional poses? Then this class is perfect for you. Come join us in chair yoga to keep you active and improve your overall health. Chair yoga is a form of yoga that is beneficial for people with limited mobility, so using a chair brings the floor up to you.
Chair postures are helpful if you work long hours in a chair too!

A class invitation and link will be emailed to participants prior to the start of the online session.
